Project Overview: Styles and Wood are a long established property support services company, refurbishing commercial buildings and working on new builds. In 2016 they were commissioned to convert an old large music studio premises to a new Outpatients and Diagnostics Centre for HCA Healthcare UK.

Project Overview: FastKlean were awarded the after builders contract for Heathbridge, following successful submission of PQQ , tender and negotiation for the contract.
The site was a new residential build project and consisted of 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed and 4 bed apartments with communal areas.

Project Overview: FastKlean was approached to offer a quotation for an after builders clean for a large marketing suite, a show flat and a show town house.
On Successful award of contract FastKlean Management requested a site meeting to discuss the clients needs and to agree the mobilisation plan. Full Ram’s were supplied to the client.

Project Overview: In November 2017 we were approached by one of our existing customers – PCS Construction. One of their customers had a 6,723 ft2 warehouse which unfortunately was left unsecure for a period of time.
They had a long list of issues with the building including pigeon mess in the main area, messy offices and facilities that needed a lot of work. The main concrete floor area was oily and had a lot of tyre marks.

Project Overview: In July 2015 FastKlean were approached by BAU Projects with a request for a site assessment and valuation of a project they were carrying out in Bond Street, London. They contacted us based on recommendations they had received.
Our Senior Account Manager visited the site and met with the Project Manager and Site Manager. It was a 6 story commercial building undergoing complete refurbishment for an office accomodation for over 700 employees.

Project Overview: In August 2013 we were invited to tender for a cleaning project in Denmark Hill. After being vetted carefully by Elliot, we were among 5 commercial cleaning companies short listed to tender for this work.
Elliott were working on a 5 story extension of King‘s College Hospital. As part of the tender process, we visited the site and provided Elliott with a detailed cleaning proposal and pricing schedule for the works. The cleaning service comprised of Builders, Sparkle and Window Cleaning Services.
Client: Bridge Renewal Trust

Project Overview: We were contacted by the Bridge Renewal Trust in June 2013 with an invitation for the public tender for the cleaning services required at the Bridge Community Hut.
They were seeking a reputable and long established Cleaning Contractor for comprehensive weekly cleaning of their premises in London.

Project Overview: The client contacted our office in March 2011 with a request for quotation.
They were visited by our Operations Director who provided a Welcome Pack with all the necessary information about the way our FastKlean operates and the services we offer. The Management were so impressed with our presentation and prices they immediately approved our Company.

Project Overview: The Special Olympics main branch is located in the same premises as another FastKlean client, ‘EDM Media’. After spending weeks looking for and months using other cleaning companies FastKlean were approached following their recommendation.
A meeting was hastily arranged and we were able to discuss all their requirements and demonstrate the reliability of our operatives, many of whom have worked for the company for more than 5 years.

Project Overview: Fastklean have been carrying out cleaning services for Café Nero throughout London and Southern Home counties since 2016. Cleaning has been carried out following Site refurbishments to date approximately 20 stores have had a range of cleaning services.
Fastklean were instructed to carry out a full builder clean to include a deep clean of the two toilets, the pottery area, back bar area and a Strip and reseal of the stores amtico flooring.
