Case Study – Café Nero – Elizabeth Street, London SW1W.
FastKlean have been carrying out cleaning services for Café Nero throughout London and Southern Home counties since 2016. Cleaning has been carried out following Site refurbishments to date approximately 20 stores have had a range of cleaning services.
FastKlean were instructed to carry out a full builder clean to include a deep clean of the two toilets, the pottery area, back bar area and a Strip and reseal of the stores Amtico flooring.
The above works had to be carried out in one night and could not commence until the store had closed.
Before any works commenced a full RAM’s was completed.
FastKlean had a team of cleaners on site each cleaner had specific duties to ensure completion within the timescales given, there was FastKlean Management on site to direct operations and to communicate with the client and trades on site.
All areas were cleaned within timescales and the Amtico flooring was brought back to new by striping, scrubbing, and redressing using genuine Amitico products.
The store re-opened to trade at 07:00 the same day.
