We were contacted by the Bridge Renewal Trust in June 2013 with an invitation for the public tender for the cleaning services required at the Bridge Community Hut.
They were seeking a reputable and long established Cleaning Contractor for comprehensive weekly cleaning of their premises in London.
Following a site visit by our Operations Director, we prepared a detailed proposal and were invited to an interview alongside 4 more other companies that were shortlisted.
Bridge Renewal Trust adopt a strict procedure in their procurement process and rigorously check any company they may work with to ensure suitability.
After looking at our proposal, checking out our company and undertaking a lengthy interview, they awarded the tender to us. We not only offered the best value for money but also could provide fully vetted, professionally trained and experienced staff to deliver a service tailored to their specific needs.
To this date, FastKlean still has a responsibility for weekly cleaning of common areas of the building, which includes:
- Corridors
- Staircases
- Front and rear porches
- Banisters
- Kitchen
- Conference and banqueting suites
The cleaning service commences every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 06:00am until 08:00am. It is essential to them that no sessions are missed. As we have over 250 cleaners on our books, we can always ensure availability even when regular operatives are ill or on holiday.
Bridge Renewal Trust are one of our many long standing customers. They are extremely satisfied with our service as all their cleaning requirements are being completed professionally and in accordance to the Health & Safety Legislation.
We have established such a wonderful relationship with the Trust that when they acquired a far larger building in February 2015 we were asked to undertake the initial deep clean and then a regular cleaning service of 24 hours of labour per week.
The Trust know they can rely on us for any of their cleaning needs and we are delighted to work for them. We are proud to say they are still one of our 450+ commercial clients.
