PCS Construction Limited Case Study

In November 2017 we were approached by one of our existing customers – PCS Construction. One of their customers had a 6,723 ft2 warehouse which unfortunately was left unsecure for a period of time.

They had a long list of issues with the building including pigeon mess in the main area, messy offices and facilities that needed a lot of work. The main concrete floor area was oily and had a lot of tyre marks.

We were advised that their clients had a potential tenant that was interested in the building. They had already viewed and wanted to move in as swiftly as possible.

We received the instruction on Wednesday afternoon and attended the site immediately. Upon visiting the premises, we concluded that we would need at least two days in order to give the warehouse a complete makeover.

As part of the service we provided the clients with a team of 6 cleaners completing 2 full days of labour, along with a supervisor. During the second day of the service, we also had a team of hard floor cleaners who power washed the concrete floors. Furthermore, we had to involve our pest control division during both days in order to ensure that the pigeon issues are resolved going forward.

We managed to give the entire area a complete makeover and ensured that the new tenants were able to move in right away into a warehouse that looked like it had been refurbished.

We are very proud of our team cleaners for fulfilling our promise to deliver the highest standard of cleaning as PCS were very satisfied with the end result and even went on to book a similar service for another warehouse that they were looking after.
