As per the company’s terms and conditions, the client agrees to inspect the work immediately after it is been completed and to draw to the attention of the technician if unsatisfied with anything. In a case where the client is unable to return, the company reserves the right to refuse any claims or request made by the client.

1. Our terms and conditions clearly state that we can only accept a damage claim if a statement is made whilst the specialist is still in the property.
2. It is the client’s sole responsibility to inspect service results and provide details of any issues immediately at the end of the session whilst our operative is on site. This is to ensure your complete satisfaction and prevent the need of any re-cleaning appointments.
