Cleaning chemicals and procedures can be altered to fit the specific needs of the floor being cleaned. Describe the use and conditions of the floor and all previous home and professional cleanings including:

• Floor type
• Existing coverings which are obscuring the floor
• Room size and room e.g. kitchen etc.
• Existing seals (if known)
• Details of repairs
• Digital photos of your floor

Ideally and if possible we would ask you to clear the room of all furniture and other smaller items such as ornaments and effects.

We will discuss after care of your floor and provide you and provide you with written aftercare advice which will be appropriate to your new floor finish.

If your floor is stained or marked, point it out to the cleaner. Tell us how long the stains or marks have been there and what may have caused them. Some spots and stains may be impossible to remove even by the most proficient cleaner. Knowing about them will prevent disappointments resulting from unrealistic expectations.

Do not remove furniture protectors placed under furniture legs until the floor is completely dry. Mahogany, redwood and other kinds of wooden furniture can bleed color onto floor.

Remember, your cleaner is an expert professional, so follow care instructions he leaves behind after cleaning. In order to insure the best appearance retention of your floor, we recommend that you follow these simple suggestions:

1. Circulate the air to speed up drying time. If possible, slightly open a window to let in fresh air.
2. Do not allow children or pets to crawl or walk on cleaned floor for at least 24 hours preferably longer - until floor is thoroughly dry.
3. Do not walk on freshly cleaned floor for at least 4 hours or more until dry to touch.
4. Do not remove aluminum or plastic pieces that have been placed under legs of furniture until floor is absolutely dry.
5. Leave furniture as placed by the cleaner and do not move around until floor is completely dry.
6. Do not vacuum or mop before the floor is dried up.
7. Do not use any other cleaning or polishing chemicals after the service.
8. Do not cover any areas of the floor before thoroughly dry.

1. Please note that a neglected floor that has not been cleaned for some time may require extra time, effort and materials. Therefore the quoted price may increase. You will be quoted the revised price before any works starts

2. If the description given by you differs from the actual size, type and condition of the floor the quoted price may increase. You will be quoted the revised price before any work starts.

3. You will need to confirm agreement of revised prices before any work can start.

4. Please, note, if any floor is in a condition that will not allow an effective cleaning, we reserve the right to amend/cancel the booking on the date of the service without any warning.

5. In a case where the client is unable to return immediately after the floor has been cleaned, the company reserves the right to refuse any claims or requests made by the client.

6. Children under 18 cannot be present during the cleaning session without total supervision by the client.

Before the cleaning service commences, the client authorises the operative to carry out a full inspection and take supporting photographs of the floor, if necessary. Please thoroughly check the floor for any of the below-described items:

Having done all the necessary tests and having been advised by our technician, the client agrees that in the event of any colour change, the company will not be held liable and cannot accept any responsibilities.
