If your floor is stained or marked, point it out to the cleaner. Tell us how long the stains or marks have been there and what may have caused them. Some spots and stains may be impossible to remove even by the most proficient cleaner. Knowing about them will prevent disappointments resulting from unrealistic expectations.
Do not remove furniture protectors placed under furniture legs until the floor is completely dry. Mahogany, redwood and other kinds of wooden furniture can bleed color onto floor.
Remember, your cleaner is an expert professional, so follow care instructions he leaves behind after cleaning. In order to insure the best appearance retention of your floor, we recommend that you follow these simple suggestions:
1. Please note that a neglected floor that has not been cleaned for some time may require extra time, effort and materials. Therefore the quoted price may increase. You will be quoted the revised price before any works starts
2. If the description given by you differs from the actual size, type and condition of the floor the quoted price may increase. You will be quoted the revised price before any work starts.
3. You will need to confirm agreement of revised prices before any work can start.
4. Please, note, if any floor is in a condition that will not allow an effective cleaning, we reserve the right to amend/cancel the booking on the date of the service without any warning.
5. In a case where the client is unable to return immediately after the floor has been cleaned, the company reserves the right to refuse any claims or requests made by the client.
6. Children under 18 cannot be present during the cleaning session without total supervision by the client.
Before the cleaning service commences, the client authorises the operative to carry out a full inspection and take supporting photographs of the floor, if necessary. Please thoroughly check the floor for any of the below-described items:

Having done all the necessary tests and having been advised by our technician, the client agrees that in the event of any colour change, the company will not be held liable and cannot accept any responsibilities.
