As per the company’s terms and conditions, the client agrees to inspect the work immediately after it is been completed and to draw to the attention of the cleaner if unsatisfied with anything. IN A CASE WHERE THE CLIENT IS UNABLE TO RETURN AT THE END OF THE SESSION, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY CLAIMS OR REQUESTS MADE BY THE CLIENT.
WARNING: The Client has been advised to leave windows of the vehicle open to allow the fabric to dry. Failure to comply with these instructions all responsibility will lie with the client and thereafter any damages are not acceptable.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Our terms and conditions clearly state that we can only accept a damage claim if a statement is made whilst the specialist is still at the premises.
2. It is the client’s sole responsibility to inspect service results and provide details of any issues immediately at the end of the session whilst our operative is on site. This is to ensure your complete satisfaction and prevent the need of any re-cleaning appointments.
