Schedule 1
The Payments
The client will pay the contractor at the rate of £
Price
per day for the contractor’s services which the contractor shall invoice to the client on a monthly basis 5 working days after the last day of the month invoiced. The client will pay invoices without deduction of tax and the contractor will provide evidence of its registration as a Schedule D taxpayer.
Schedule 2
The Services
- Sharing responsibility with other staff for reception duties including incoming telephone calls, email enquiries, greeting visitors to the office
- Sharing responsibility with other staff for dealing with general enquiries and provide information about our services
- Customer Service - communicating between clients and cleaners
- Processing and updating accounts using the FKSystem
- Responsible for the cleaner including supervision, setting of work related objectives, and training programmes
- To be responsible for ordering stationery, cleaning materials and other items as required
- Contributing to the development and implementation of company’s policies
- Carrying out any such duties with respect to customer skills and team work in order to maintain an effective working relationship between clients and cleaners.
- Management of financial systems (cash flow and budgets) and preparation and production of monthly and quarterly accounts, i.e. processing invoices and preparing payments
- Marketing – creating HTML emails and call sales
