1. The loan is interest-free and I undertake to repay the loan at the following rate by deductions from my wages/salary/any payments or amount due to me by the Contractor until the full amount is repaid to Contractor Fastklean Ltd.

2. In the event of termination of providing any services to the Contractor Fastklean Ltd for whatever reason, the Employer Fastklean Ltd reserves the right, and I agree to allow the Employer Fastklean Ltd to deduct the full outstanding amount due from final payments including any pay accrued but yet not taken and expenses etc. Should the amount outstanding in the event of termination, exceed the amount payable to the employee, I agree to make additional payment to the Employer within seven days of the date of termination for the full amount outstanding.
3. I accept the terms and conditions outlined above which are in addition to the terms and conditions of employment and any existing contractual arrangements I have with the Employer.
