AGREE NOT TO UNDERTAKE ANY WORK FOR AND FROM ANY OF THE FK DOMESTICS LTD FORMER, EXISTING OR FUTURE CLIENTS OTHER THAN THROUGH THE COMPANY (FK DOMESTICS LTD).

I AGREE NOT TO UNDERTAKE ANY WORK FOR AND FROM ANY OF THE COMPANY’S FORMER, EXISTING OR FUTURE CLIENTS FOR A FURTHER PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS AFTER TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT WITH FK DOMESTICS LTD; NOT TO WORK FOR THIRD PARTIES INTRODUCED BY ANY OF THE COMPANY’S CLIENTS, WITHOUT THE AGENCY.

SHOULD I UNDERTAKE ANY WORK FOR AND FROM FORMER, EXISTING OR FUTURE CLIENTS OF THE COMPANY WHILE WORKING WITH FK DOMESTICS LTD OR AFTER THE TERMINATION OF MY AGREEMENT WITH THE COMPANY, I WILL BE LIABLE TO PAY THE COMPANY A SUM EQUIVALENT TO 12 MONTHS COMMISSION PAYABLE BY EACH CLIENT TO THE COMPANY ON THE BASIS OF THE HOURS CURRENTLY WORKED.

I АLSO AGREE NOT TO INTRODUCE ANY THIRD PARTIES TO FORMER, EXISTING OR FUTURE CLIENTS OF THE COMPANY.

I UNDERTAKE TO ABIDE BY THESE CONDITIONS AT ALL TIMES DURING WHICH I AM PROVIDING CLEANING SERVICES THROUGH THE AGENCY OF THE COMPANY AND FOR A FURTHER PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS AFTER TERMINATION OF MY AGREEMENT WITH THE COMPANY.

I FURTHER AGREE THAT I WILL AT ALL TIMES KEEP CONFIDENTIAL ALL INFORMATION THAT I ACQUIRE WITH REGARDS TO ALL CLIENTS AND THEIR AFFAIRS AND IN PARTICULAR NOT TO INTRODUCE THIRD PARTY TO THE COMPANY CLIENTS I WILL WORK FOR.

I hereby confirm that the information and documents provided by me are accurate, complete and true to the best of my knowledge. I also confirm that the copies of documents provided are true copies of the originals.

I understand my obligation not to make separate arrangements with former, existing or future clients of Agreement at FK DOMESTICS Ltd and that in the event of me terminating this agreement the company reserves the right to make its own enquiries in order to confirm my compliance with the above obligation.
This agreement is valid from

and is for a minimum of 6 months period with one month’s written termination notices given in advance.
The agreement is valid until terminated by the cleaner or the Company.

I hereby confirm my understanding and acceptance of this agreement.
“The company provides the Service Provider / ( Subcontractor) with work on the strict condition that the operative undertakes to refrain from posting any negative reviews or comments on any social networking sites or any other public forums. The Service Provider / ( Subcontractor) understands and agrees that in accepting work from the Company they must only contact the Company in respect of any complaints or issues. Should the Service Provider / ( Subcontractor) fail to comply with these conditions, the operative fully acknowledges that they are liable to pay the Company compensation for any and all damages caused to its reputation ”.
I agree that FK DOMESTICS Ltd can use my details to contact me in regards to any current or future work related discussions.
